Who I am:
I currently work in account services at a digital marketing agency in Dallas, TX. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public relations with a minor in business at Texas Tech University in May 2014. I’ve held numerous jobs since turning 15. I have marketing and sales experience in several industries, including dentistry, home building, automotive, retail, food & beverage, print services and many more. I was raised with the simple idea that nothing was given to me unless I earned it. I believe in the value of true-honest-hard work.
What I can bring to the table:
Drive & passion mixed with no tolerance for excuses. Treat others the way you want to be treated. And don’t forget to have fun along the way. My experience on both the client and account service side has contributed to my full circle knowledge of how businesses work together to reach the ultimate goal: a centralized message contributing to greater success.
In the sub-menus above, I have uploaded my resume and the results from the DISC test. The DISC is a career personality test that analyzes a persons skills for the work place. I believe my results were accurate for the most part. Of the four letters, I scored highest in the category D.
Decisiveness- They tend to solve new problems very quickly and assertively. They take an active and direct approach to obtaining results. The key here is new problems such as those that are unprecedented or haven’t happened before. There may also be an element of risk in taking the wrong approach or developing an incorrect solution, but those with a High D score are willing to take those risks, even if they may be incorrect.
Who I want to work for:
I thrive most at a company where I can use my skills to help grow a business through marketing and sales while building lasting relationships. The existence of a strong leadership team is vital to a company’s success, and I’ve been lucky through my experiences to witness & appreciate a team of leaders I strive to be like one day. I cherish environments where I work with people who I can, with time, call my friends.
