When asked what I like to do outside of work, I’m always hesitant to answer. I’m just like every other twenty-two year old out there: I love playing with my dog, cooking, working out, doing yoga, shopping, attempting to eat healthy as much as possible and going out with my friends. I sound so basic. (See 4, 6 & 7).

Aside from the most basic things I enjoy, I also am a singer, pianist and song writer. I have a serious passion for music. I took singing/piano lessons from age 9 to 18. I sang on stages in Dallas, Fort Worth, Addison, Plano, Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake for audiences from 10 up to 1,000+. I attended Septein, a vocal school in Addison where I took lessons with current pop stars. Later, I transitioned into singing in an all girl pop group in Southlake. Along the way I auditioned for Star Search, American Idol, Johnny High’s Country Music Revue and many more. I was in choir from 6th-12th grade and was involved with the All-State choir.

Now, that being said, once I graduated high school, my dreams of becoming a “famous” singer slowly faded as I went off to college. I also spent less time practicing singing and piano. I’ve thought of teaching private lessons in my spare time.

My story ends here. Who knows where life will take me. I think I’m itching for a night at karaoke so let’s GO!
